I am new to shopping for jewellery on-line - what happens if I am not happy wth my purchase?
Annaloucah makes every effort to accurately represent her jewellery on-line via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Her past experience has been that the jewellery has exceeded customers' expectations - however, should you wish to return the item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind in order to recieve a full refund. After that an exchange or credit note will be issued if returned within 14 days. Regretably, no refund or exchange can be issued on an item that has been customised in anyway.
When can I expect to recieve my delivery?
While Anna aims to keep most products in stock and ready to go as soon as your order is placed please bear in mind that each product is made by Anna by hand and as such may take anything up to two weeks to recieve.
But please be assured that once your order is recieved it will become a top priority to complete and send to you as soon as possible keeping you updated at all times.
For esimated delivery dates please see the written description of the individual product that you are interested in and if that isn't going to work for you then just contact Anna directly and every effort will be made to get it to you sooner.
Once completed, you will be notified and your order sent to you by complimentary Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
If shipping internationally Anna will use Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Airsure and your order should arrive within 10 working days.
Anna is happy to send via FedEx also and can quote for each order accordingly.
What if I am ordering the jewellery as a surprise? Will the parcel be a give away to whats inside?
Don't worry - although always beautifully packaged, all Annaloucah jewellery will arrive at your door in discreet, plain exterior packaging.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Whilst Anna hopes that you love your fine jewellery purchase, she is only able to return or exchange items within 14 days from the purchase date providing the are unworn, undamaged and in a good condition. The shipping and any international duties charges are non-refundable.
Should any item be returned as faulty - Anna reserves the right to thouroughly inspected and decline if said item displays damage as a result of misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear.
I think I am going to need some help in choosing an engagement ring - will I be able to get any advice?

Can a piece be customised to my specific requirements?
As each piece is made by Anna by hand most special orders can easily be catered for - please contact Anna directly to discuss requirements and revised price.
How long will I have to wait for a custom made piece?
Delivery times will vary depending on amount of customisation required so please allow up to six weeks to allow Anna to source extra materials and hand make the piece for you.
Please note that any items that have been altered or customised in any way are non-returnable and non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY ARRIVES AND IT DOESN’T FIT?
No problem - most adjustments can be catered for in minimal time. Please contact Anna directly to discuss your specific requirements and if there will be any additional cost.
ARE CHAINS INCLUDED FOR PENDANTS?
Yes, unless otherwise stated all necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown at the length stated.
WILL MY ITEM BE BOXED?
Yes. Each beautiful piece of Annaloucah Fine Jewellery will be delivered in its own beautiful gift box.
ARE ITEMS PICTURED ON LINE ACTUAL SIZE?
No this is not possible due to the varying size of devices we all use to shop on line. However, Anna has provided a full and accurate set of measurements for each piece. Please see the individual items desscription for more details.
CAN I ORDER FROM OVERSEAS?
Yes but unfortunatley at this time Anna isn't able to provide accurate and immedeate currency conversion and so this will be at the responsibility of the purchaser.
